From The Elders We are facing an unprecedented upheaval of our normal lifestyles and routines due to the spreading of the Corona virus across our nation. Let’s all be reassured that God is still watching over us, He still loves us and He will care for us. And, He will see us through this, as He sees us through all other challenges in life. While we are now legally restricted from gathering as a full congregation at the church building for a period of time, we want to stay connected on a reasonably normal schedule. We will live-stream in video Sunday morning worship service every Sunday morning at 10:30 am. Go to our website www.churchofchrist.com and click on the orange banner. Follow the directions, and you will be able to link to the live-stream. In that way we can all worship together. It’s not like being together physically, but we will be together spiritually.
In addition, Brother Gary will record Bible classes for Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings as long as the gathering restrictions are in force. The classes will be posted as pod casts at the regular Bible class times on Sunday mornings, 9:30 am, and Wednesday evenings, 7:00 pm. You will be able to access these studies at any time thereafter. If you are not yet enrolled in our pod casts, click on the pod cast button on our home page. It is very “easy” to get set up. We will make individual communion supplies available, so you can partake during the live-stream video. Or, you can come to the church parking lot from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm, right after Sunday morning worship, and you will be served by one of the men. You can also drop off your contribution at that time, if you so choose. Let’s keep in touch with each other. If you have a personal need, please contact one of the elders. Let’s pray diligently for each, for God’s deliverance, and for souls to be reached during this time. Encourage your friends, family and work associates to take advantage of these opportunities to be close to God. May God be glorified greatly! Romans 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” Comments are closed.
